This recipe is adapted from the Australian Women’s Weekly
Preheat oven to 180C (350F). Combine sugars, sifted flours and nuts in a large bowl. Add combined butter, egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract, mix to a soft dough. Stir in choc chips. Place 2 level tablespoons of biscuit dough, about 6cm apart, on lightly greased oven trays Bake in moderate oven about 16 minutes or until browned lightly. Cool on trays.
