Chicken Ghee Roast as the name suggests is laden with pure Ghee. This dish is not one you can eat on a day to day basis because of its richness, but its really good when the craving strikes. That is my way of thinking and yours could be a lot different, so do what your heart says!
The end product is finger licking good! It is easy to make dish originally from Kundapur, a small town close to Mangalore.
- 1kg chicken
- 1/2lt curds
- 5 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- salt to taste
