80g Providore Tomato and Basil Paste
160g Leggos Providore Tomato & Chilli Pasta Sauce
350g smoked scamorza cheese (substitute with mozzarella)
1 bunch basil
Black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil (E.V.O.O.)
Soft lightly salted butter
4 slices of Wonder White sandwich bread


Jaffle maker or any sandwich press
Large food-safe container
Vegetable peeler
Cutting board
2 medium bowls, to mix ingredients
Large microwave-safe plate
Pair of tongs, or Asbestos hands
2 plates, to serve
