A rich dish of vegetables or meats flavoured with curry powder and usually eaten with rice.
- Olive oil
- Curry leaves
- Dhania
- Sarsoo seeds
- Dhalchini
- Onions
- Potatoes
- Lamb
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Tomatoes
Heat olive oil in pot. Put curry leaves, onions and sasroo seed and dhalchini. Mix together until golden brown. Put in garlic and ginger paste. Mix in meat masala and salt. Cook for 20 minutes.
Put potatoes, tomotes and cook for another 30 minutes.
Put dhania and serve with rice.
