Orange Cake

Orange Bowl: large orange 3 (3 oranges)

Cake: low gluten flour 100g (100g cake flour), sugar (80g caster sugar) 80g 150g (150g butter), butter, egg 2 (2 eggs), baking powder 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 tsp Baking powder), orange marmalade 1 tbsp marmalade, a handful of (salt a pinch of salt)

Neisseria surface syrup: Orange Marmalade 1 tbsp, 20g icing sugar, sugar, Orange Juice 1 tbsp or 1 tbsp fresh-squeezed orange juice.

Decoration: candied orange peel amount (optional)
