4 lamb forequarter chops – cut into average pieces
1 cup yoghurt
2 tbs tandoori mix
1 onion
1 tsp ginger
4 cloves garlic
Tumeric
Chilli
Fresh coriander – to add after
Fry 1 diced onion in saucepan
add 2 tablespoons tandoori mix with 1 teaspoon garlic and ginger and fry and mix for 2 mins in saucepan
Add a 4 cloves and 3 cardamon pods and mix
Add lamb and 1 cup yoghurt and generous amount of salt
Mix and cook for 15 mins
Move into a bigger dish that can go into the oven
Wash 3 cups rice (basmati) and add 4 cups of warm water to contents in the bigger dish
Bake at 200 and after 25 minutes check and mix
Add green chopped coriander for flavour before serving
