500 grams Pork Mince
200 grams Beef Mince
(chicken or turkey mince can be used instead of above)
1 small onion – grated
small amount of garlic (optional)
3 tablespoon plain flour
salt and pepper
chopped parsley
2-3 eggs (depending on size)
small amount milk if required
