250 grams of prawns
4 coriander leaves
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp mirchy powder
1 tsp pepper
Oil – as required
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp green mirchy
Salt – as required
4 onion curry leaves
1/2 tsp mustard
1. Wash the prawns.
2. Make the paste of ginger, garlic and green mirchy
3. In Kadai (or wok), pour 3 teaspoons of oil. Once heated, put onions and mustard and cook for 2 minutes. Add the ginger and until the aromas are strong, then add the prawns and cook until they become golden.
4. Mix with coriander and curry leaves.
5. Add required salt
