  • 1kg baby octopus, cleaned

  • 2 tbs soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) sweet chilli sauce

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) tomato sauce (ketchup)

  • 1 cup chopped parsley or coriander
