Choose an activity and register for A Taste Of Harmony!

We have lots of great and easy ways to get involved in A Taste of Harmony. Choose one or more to help celebrate the cultural diversity in your team.

This includes:

Who doesn’t love food?! Set a date, invite your team and ask them to bring a dish that is from their culture or family, or just one they love to make. Share delicious food and meaningful stories in a relaxed setting.
Using our template, you can create your very own cookbook that is a unique collection of much-loved recipes submitted by your team members.
Looking for a team building exercise to help better understand the cultures in your team? We have lots of ideas of how you can do this in fun forums.

Need a break from the office or worksite? Why not organise for your team to head out to a local restaurant or café. While you enjoy your meal, talk about food you love and why and how it links to your culture.
Not sure how to start a discussion with your team about embracing cultural diversity at work? Are you unsure of what to do to help make everyone feel included? Or perhaps you have noticed that someone in your team is being treated differently and you would like to do something about it? Use our discussion guides to help with these and other common questions around cultural diversity in the workplace.

Regardless of how you choose to take part, we ask that you register your team. It only takes a couple of minutes. It will help you as you’ll have access to our Event Hub where you can log in to at any time to access everything you need for your event or activity. And it helps us track how many workplaces are taking part!

It is really important to register and will only take a couple of minutes. Once you have completed your registration, you’ll be able to access the event hub which has everything you need to organise an activity to recognise and celebrate cultural diversity at your workplace.

Once you register your event, you’ll have access to everything you need to plan, promote and host your event from our Event Hub including:

Create a web page with the event details to share with your team
Collect recipes from your team and print a PDF cookbook
Access different tools to help you promote the event, such as posters, banners and email templates
Download collateral to help celebrate on the day with a Flag Generator, interactive quizesand more
