Paneer Tikki

An easy and quick Indian dish made of Paneer (cottage cheese). You can have this as a snack or as a starter. Delicious.

  • 200 gms – paneer grated
  • 2 – potatoes, boiled, mashed
  • 1/2 cup – bread crumbs
  • 4 to 5 – green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1” piece – ginger, grated
  • 3 to 4 flakes – garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp – coriander finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp – mint leaves finely chopped
  • salt to taste oil to deep fry
