An easy and quick Indian dish made of Paneer (cottage cheese). You can have this as a snack or as a starter. Delicious.
- 200 gms – paneer grated
- 2 – potatoes, boiled, mashed
- 1/2 cup – bread crumbs
- 4 to 5 – green chillies, finely chopped
- 1” piece – ginger, grated
- 3 to 4 flakes – garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp – coriander finely chopped
- 1 tbsp – mint leaves finely chopped
- salt to taste oil to deep fry
