Easy to make, nutritious and filling Indian speciality

  • 2 cups chopped carrot, beans, cauliflower, capsicum, peas and potato
  • Baby corn
  • Soya bite can also be added
  • I cup onion
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 3 green chilli
  • Coriander leaves and roasted cashew for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tbp oil
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 2 clove
  • 1 brinji leaf
  • 1 cardamom
