An easy and quick Indian dish made of Paneer (cottage cheese). You can have this as a snack or as a starter. Delicious.
- 200 gms - paneer grated
- 2 - potatoes, boiled, mashed
- 1/2 cup - bread crumbs
- 4 to 5 - green chillies, finely chopped
- 1” piece - ginger, grated
- 3 to 4 flakes - garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp - coriander finely chopped
- 1 tbsp - mint leaves finely chopped
- salt to taste oil to deep fry
