"As a proud Bundjalung man from the Northern Rivers of NSW, I've spent my career educating people about my heritage, my connection to land and the fantastic array of indigenous herbs and flavours that can be found here in Australia, sometimes in our own backyard! I believe embracing cultural diversity needs to start right here, at home. When our minds and hearts remain open to encountering other cultures, we open ourselves up to a lifetime of opportunities and experiences that create unbreakable bonds."
