Everyone brought a small dish with flavours and colours representing their cultural and ethnic background. People shared recipes; it was a fantastic atmosphere.

We are bringing in our national dishes, making flags to identify the dishes, we are dressing in orange and we have invited an Aboriginal Elder and a didgeridoo player.

Every staff member contributes a meal from their country. We have 7 different cultures in our workplace, so a different theme each day, finishing with a night out.

Dress in traditional dress and prepare many ethnic dishes! Our staff talked about dishes that we remembered as a child and the first cultural dish remembered.
