Nihari is a very well-known dish in Pakistan. It tastes very good with bread and rice. I like it very much and cook it once in a month.

1kg beef shank or 600g boneless beef

I teaspoon chilli powder
I teaspoon turmeric
2 1/2 teaspoons coriander powder
2 1/2 teaspoons ginger paste
2x 1 inch cinnamon stick
Fried Onions (1 onion)
3 teaspoons garlic paste
1 teaspoon green chillies
2 tablespoons flour
