Put a cup of oil in a pot. Add meat and fry it a little then add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander, fried onions, cinnamon, green chillies, ginger & garlic paste. Add a little water and mix well. Dissolve flour in 1 cup of water, add this to the meat and bring to boil. Then add 5-6 glasses of water, cover and leave on a very low flame. Cook it until desired consistency is achieved. Garnish it with fresh garlic, red chillies & lemon.
Nihari is a very well-known dish in Pakistan. It tastes very good with bread and rice. I like it very much and cook it once in a month.
