Mix all ingredients together in a blender or use a mixer.
Line a pudding tray with the golden syrup. Pour in the mixed ingredients. Blind bake (the pudding tray covered) in a moderate (150) oven for 50 minutes or until set. (Insert a knife in the pudding. If the knife comes out clean, it means its ready.
Take the lid off and bake for until golden brown. Cool it and keep in the fridge until serving time. To serve turn the pudding in a serving dish. The caramel from the bottom will be the caramel sauce on the top.
