To make the Vegan Power Bowl, you will need:

- 1 x Plantain 
- 1 x serve of quinoa
- 1 x handful of squash
- 1 x serve of kale
- 1 x serve live green shoots (bean sprouts/snow pea shoots)
- 1 x 33g packet of The Ja Joint Jamaican Jerk (medium) 
- Frying oil

To make the dipping sauce, you will need:

- 1 x carton of Kara coconut cream 
- 1 x handful of roasted garlic
- 1/2 habanero chilli
- 1/2 lemon
- A pinch of sugar
- A  pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
