To ensure you get to experience the most diverse array of cultural cuisines possible, you could try assigning each staff member a different letter of the alphabet, and having each person bring a dish from a country beginning with the letter they have been assigned. It will give your team a chance to consider the possibilities of the meals they could potentially cook, and have some fun pushing them out of their cooking comfort zone.
This idea also allows the possibility to present a very diverse array of foods, giving your staff the opportunity to try some cuisines they may not have experienced before. It also allows the greatest amount of cultural representation, opening a dialogue about these cultures amongst your staff.
